Come and sit with a slew of builders all describing how they do the building process and how they make it easy for you to buy. During this in-person event (with social distancing precautions in place), we will explore every type of new home build options, from ready to go tract homes to a custom build home project. We'll discuss the difference between each type and the unique financing options for each one.
We will answer questions like:
- How much money do I need out of pocket?
- Can I pick the paint color?
- Do I have to have a high Credit Score?
- Do's and Dont's of new construction.
We will wrap up with scheduling home tours of model homes!
